Residential Parking Permits 2025/26 - Reminder

This letter is to remind you to purchase your residential permit before 30th April 2025. The cost of the permit is £120.00

As there are more car owners now than when Roupell Park Estate was first built this means finding a space to park can be challenging. Some residents state that they struggle to find a space to park when they come home tired in the evenings. Can I ask all car owners to therefore park with consideration by ensuring they park within the marked bay lines so other car users can find a space.

It does not give Roupell Park staff any pleasure if a resident gets a parking ticket so, please be reminded of the following:

•    To clearly display your Disabled Badge on the window screen. Check each time you exit your car that your Disabled Badge is in view.
•    Do not park in a way that prevents pedestrians’ right of way or blocks entrances to buildings.
•    As patrols start at 7am, If your visitor is overstaying, please remember to either display two visitors permits at the same time.
•    Do not park over marked bays or in front of communal bin areas.
•    You can buy visitors scratch permits in advance and there is no limit on how many you may purchase.
