Whether you are a resident or a visitor, we hope you will find our website useful and accessible. 
 
We are a Tenant Managed Organisation with 571 properties, 15 staff and 11 current Board members. We pride ourselves on providing an excellent service to our tenants and leaseholders which is responsive to their needs and sees every one of our residents as an individual.
 
This Website is one of many ways we have to communicate with our residents and we hope that it provides you with the information you need about us. Change of Gas Contractor

Dear Resident
 
CHANGE OF GAS CONTRACTOR 1 APRIL 2020
 
I am writing to inform you that from 1 April we have changed the contractor who will carry out repairs to your boiler. They will also carry out your annual service.
 
 
If you have a fault with your heating or hot water you should contact SWALE HEATING on

This is a 24hr repair line so should be contacted at any time of day and at weekends.
