Digital Inclusion - Survey

Dear Resident,

You have witnessed first-hand how the world has changed over the past few months during the lockdown and how we all have had to embrace digital ways of communicating, whether we like this or not. For most of us, it has simply meant that the only way to communicate with and see our family members and friends, has been via Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp etc.

As part of our drive to be more efficient in the way in which we communicate with you and share information we are undertaking this survey, in which we are asking you/each household,  to provide information such as an email address and mobile number.  This is an enhancement not a cut to our services so, for example, we would still print our newsletters and hand deliver them to you, but we would also send a digital version via email. Sharing information would thereby be more inclusive and efficient. It would also enable you to report repairs via email or app, for example, and thus simplify and quicken the process. This doesn’t mean that you can’t call our office number if that is still the best choice for you. 

In line with data protection regulations (GDPR),  your personal contact numbers will only be shared with our approved contractors/suppliers to enable repairs and inspections to take place.
